Program terms
Support depends on the approved terms for a specific cohort. Members receive a plain-language description of available help, limits, exclusions, required documents, and the request process before the program begins.
The organizer and Nakama must agree the scope, complete sponsor funding, finish legal review, confirm responsible organizations and qualified partners where needed, and approve the member terms before invitations are sent.
A member submits documents privately. Nakama software organizes the information, identifies missing items, tracks deadlines, and prepares a recommendation. An authorized person makes the decision, and the approved terms provide an appeal path.
Product boundaries
Identity documents, health records, reviewer notes, and support conversations stay private. Sponsors see program totals, not a member's health details.
